Pascal Vieilledent is the CEO & Founder of ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE. Pascal has more than 30 years of experience in the industrial sector. Since 1989 he has been the Managing Partner and Co-founder of EUROHOLD Corporate Finance, an M&A company which was the independent leader on a number of operations for Mid-Cap in Spain. Pascal has undertaken dozens of corporate transactions, both industrial transactions such as Private Equities, as well as in important sectors such as the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, distribution, transport and logistic, different industries, consumer products and wine.  He previously worked at the French Business Commission in Barcelona on behalf of the Languedoc-Roussillon Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He has an MBA from the Ecole Supérieure des Affaires et de l'Administration des Entreprises in Montpellier, France. He uses French, Spanish, English and Catalan fluently in his day to day work. He is a member of The Cercle d'Economia in Barcelona, Financial Club Genova in Madrid and of the Afite (Association pour le Financement et la Transmission des Entreprises) in France.

Managing Partner at ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE in China, Pauline has 20 years of experience in Eastern and Asian multi-national markets, particularly in China, including experience in Chinese regulation, government regulations and company environments, general management, boards of directors, corporate finances, business strategy, investment funds, credit structures and private assets, growth management, restructuring, due diligence, subsequent integrations, risk management, the United States’ Sarbanes–Oxley Act and SAS70 for financial institutions. Pauline has held senior positions in American and European multi-nationals as well as participated in different mergers and acquisition transactions between Covance, Merck Serono and Fortis. Before joining the EUROHOLD team, Pauline was the Financial Director at Fortis Intertrust Switzerland and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2008. She was then nominated as CEO and Managing Director of Fortis Intertrust China (Beijing, Shanghai and Canton). Pauline is currently the General Secretary of the Swiss-Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Beijing and she is also the President and Director of Synergy Asia Partners, collaborating with leaders from Europe and China. She is also a member of Club XXI Siecle along with French leaders. Pauline Houl graduated from the IMD Business School in Switzerland as a qualified French CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and with a BA in International Business Negotiation. She works in French, Chinese (native speaker of Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.

Josep Mª Piqueras, Partner at ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE, has been developing his activity in the chemical-pharmaceutical sector for more than 35 years. He has undertaken different responsibilities in businesses within this sector, such as Boehringer Mannheim, Hoffman La Roche, Kern Pharma and its parent organisation, the Indukern Group. For the past two years, he has been a consultant at EUROHOLD, a corporate finance firm, within the health sciences sector. His most relevant positions and projects are as follows: Technical Director and, subsequently, Managing Director of Kern Pharma, one of the industry leaders, as well as M&A Director for the entire Indukern Group driving both its organic and inorganic growth. Josep Mª has a Degree in Pharmacy and an MBA. He combines his professional activities with his position as President of The Pere Suñé Foundation at the L’Hospitalet Atletisme.

Raúl has been the managing director of a large law and consultancy firm for 25 years, specializing in the negotiation and development of large companies. He has been a member of numerous boards of directors and management committees of companies in sectors as diverse as legal, logistics, iron and steel and healthcare. Lawyer, specialized in Labour Law and Social Security, with extensive knowledge. Expert in corporate and commercial negotiations. Director and partner of BK ETL Global, as well as other law firms in the North of Spain, such as Oviedo, Zamora, Logroño, Burgos, etc. He holds a Law Degree from the University of Navarra and a Master's Degree in General Management from IESE Business School- University of Navarra, as well as a diploma from the Center of Law Studies.

Gonzague de Vial joined ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE in 2024 as Managing Director. He has 13 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry previously working in Novartis as Transaction Project Lead and Group Urgo as Corporate M&A Manager. He leads several transactions in the OTC and Medical Device industry to expand the Company through external growth and establish itself in new geographical markets (Italy, India, Colombia) or new market sectors (OTx, Dermo-cosmetic, hearing aids). During his last assignment he oversaw the divestment of manufacturing plants for Novartis to CMOs following the transformation strategy of the Company. Gonzague holds a Master Degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine and a Specialized Master in Finance Engineering from EM Lyon business school. He speaks French, English, Spanish and Italian.

Pere Colomer is a Partner at ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE. He has a professional background in the management and expansion of business projects within the tourism, strategic consultancy, real estate and corporate finance sectors which spans more than 25 years. Executive Development Program (IESE). Master in e-Business (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya). Bachelor’s Degree in Economic and Business Sciences (Universitat of Barcelona).

Gabriel Mesquida is a Partner at ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE. Between 2010 and 2019, he was partner at EUROHOLD, S.L., where he specialised in operations in the technology, IT and life sciences sectors. He was previously the Manager and Technical and Financial Director at Equipos y Sistemas, S.A., a distributor and integrator company of telecommunications equipment and electronic instrumentation. He has previously collaborated with different companies in the areas of strategic planning and projects. Throughout the years, he has maintained his connection to Agricultural Engineering, having executed various projects within this sector. He has a PhD in Quantitative Methods Applied in Agricultural Research from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He has been an Agricultural Engineer since 1989 and has an MBA from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas. He is a native speaker of Spanish and Majorcan; English is his working language.

With more than 25 years of experience, Antonio Bela has developed his activity mainly in the financing of projects and companies, collaborating with public funds, grants, direct lenders and alternative investors to traditional banking. He has also participated in projects of strategic consulting, implementation of change management and organizational improvements.  As an entrepreneur, Antonio was involved in internationalization projects in Africa and LATAM of laboratories and retail companies. Providing consultancy to large multinationals (Telefónica, Agrolimen, Procter & Gamble, Solvay...) up to many SMEs. In 2018/19, Antonio has obtained direct financing for his customers for € 55 million, participating in projects for more than € 290 million.

Over more than 30 years, Emilia has developed her career in leading pharmaceutical companies such as MSD, GSK and Pfizer where she has held positions of increasing responsibility in different areas. Among others, she has been Director of Marketing, Director of Operations, Director of Strategic Planning and Director of Business Development in Spain. At Pfizer, she has headed Business Development for Europe. She has numerous operations and agreements of different types with Spanish companies and European, American and Japanese multinationals, as well as national and international management of a wide range of projects. She is Partner and Strategy Advisor at OndaMédica, a company specialising in Health Innovation and the development of Telemedicine. Member of IPLG and PLGS, where she has held the position of Vice-President. Emilia is a medical doctor by training, and has postgraduate studies from Instituto de Empresa and Insead.

Simon-Charles Lepage has more than 15 years of experience in launching companies, consulting, investment management in SME’s agrofood sector (Wine and Spirits, Fine Food, Ingredients, Agricultural Commodities) with deep knowledge of different distribution channels like B2B or B2C (Supermarkets, Horeca, Retail) and particularly in export markets like Asia, USA and Europe. He has a legal studies background (Master in Corporate Law from Paris-Saclay, PHD Student in Paris II- Assas) and in sales (ICSV-CNAM Paris).

Marc Cebrian is a Partner at ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE. During most of his career, Marc has held general management positions in several companies in the IT sector. A French national, he has lived in Madrid for 33 years and has been advising on mergers and acquisitions for 15 years, having acted as an advisor on more than 25 transactions in various sectors, mainly for companies in the IT, business services, food and packaging sectors. He started his career in the finance department of a French engineering and construction group and subsequently held various management positions in the XRT-Cerg Finance group, specialising in treasury management software, Commercial Director for France and General Manager for Spain from 1989. He then founded his own IT consulting company, Optima Finance, a financial solutions integrator, which after 5 years, he sold to the SAGE group, where he subsequently managed the subsidiary Sage Finance. Prior to ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE, he has worked at mergers and acquisitions firms ONEtoONE Corporate Finance, Trianon Corporate Finance and Norgestion. Marc holds a degree in economics and business from ESSEC (Paris) with a specialisation in finance and management.

Xavier Alfonso has more than 25 years of experience in M&A and Private Equity advisory. After 5 years as a Director in an M&A firm, in 2004 he joined the Private Equity firm Valcapital Gestión SGECR, where in 2008 he was appointed Managing Partner, Director of the Management Company and of several companies in which SCRs have stakes. In 2013 he founded the Mergers & Acquisitions firm ValCorp and in 2016 he joined Eurohold as Partner for the Valencian Community. He has successfully participated in more than 20 corporate operations in sectors such as Food, Industry (Paper, Habitat, Engineering, ...), Aesthetic Services and ICTs. He works in Spanish, Valencian/Catalan (mother tongues) and English. Graduate in Business Studies from the University of Valencia, he has also taken courses in Corporate Finance (Instituto de Empresa), PDD (IESE) and EDEM's 15x15 course.

Giorgio Maritan, Partner of ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE since 2024, Consolidated international experience in two very dynamic sectors. More than 10 years in the pharmaceutical, medical device and OTC sector with relevant positions as International Corporate Development Director in the pharmaceutical company Lacer (since 2022 of Italfarmaco group). More than 20 years in the Consumer products sector (FMCG) with relevant positions such as Vice President of the Perfetti Van Melle Group, General Manager of the Chupa Chups Group. He has also held positions in the Board of Directors of companies located in Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Brazil, Mexico and China. Languages; Spanish, English, French, Italian and Catalan. Education PADE and PDD at IESE and Post Degree in International Commerce at ULB Brussels (Belgium). Member of Cercle d'Economia de Barcelona, Ambassador of Collider, the Venture Builder program of Mobile World Capital. Chris S. de Funès, a French-Spanish executive, is a Partner of ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE. He has more than 30 years of experience in corporate turnaround managing and corporate finance for both small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) and large companies. Since 1998, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Franco-Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Madrid, where he has been Vice-President and member of the Executive Committee. He assumed the presidency of the Delegation of the Chamber in Western Andalusia between 2017 and 2023. In 2010, he was appointed Counsellor for Foreign Trade in France by the Prime Minister of the French Republic. He is Commander ad honores of the French Ministry of Defense. He was appointed Consul of France in Seville for Western Andalusia between 2019 and 2024. He holds a degree in Financial Management (EBS European Business School - Paris and London), MBA (IESE BUSINESS SCHOOL) and specialized in Advanced Negotiations (EXED Harvard Business School).

Kader has 38 years of professional experience as department director, head of international development and general management. Professor and trainer in several business schools, universities and institutions (ESCP-EAP Paris, EFAP French School of Press Relations, Pompeu Fabra-IDEC University, Villa Vigoni Institute in Como, Italy and general manager of EBS in Andorra). He has collaborated with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Navigation of Barcelona for the creation of a Catalan-Arab Business Committee and member of the business delegation during the 2 official trips to Algeria of the Presidents of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Mr. Maragall and Mr. Montilla). Specialist advisor in Arab markets (Algeria and Arab Emirates in particular) for the Agrolimen Group, Nutrexpa and the public company Prodeca. Kader holds a PhD in International Law (Paris-La Sorbonne) and is a graduate of the Institute of Political Science (Sciences Po Paris).

With over 25 years of experience in the agri-food sector, Ramon Sentmartí has built a solid career leading high-impact projects across both the public and private sectors. His work has focused particularly on internationalisation, strategic growth, and value creation for companies. For the past nine years, he served as Managing Director of PRODECA, the Catalan agri-food promotion agency, where he successfully boosted the international presence and exports of hundreds of companies. Under his leadership, the organisation’s activity and turnover doubled, and new global initiatives were launched, such as a network of international offices and the opening of new markets for Catalan products. Ramon holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics (LSE) and has extensive experience in designing and executing business plans, developing new services, structuring alliances, and strategically positioning companies in contexts of growth, transformation, or international expansion. He served on the Board of Directors of ACCIÓ – the Catalan Agency for Business Competitiveness – from 2018 to 2024, contributing to the definition and implementation of numerous national and international initiatives and projects linked to the agri-food sector. As a Partner at ANQUOR, he brings a strategic perspective to growth, merger, acquisition, and financing opportunities within the agri-food sector, backed by in-depth knowledge of key stakeholders, market trends, and the main challenges facing companies in the industry. He works fluently in Catalan, Spanish, and English, and is recognised for his ability to build trust and deliver results in complex, multidisciplinary environments.

Josep (Pep) is an Executive and Advisor / Senior Advisor in the technology industry (Software and Specialized Services) in Spain and Europe. With specialization in the Technology industry of HCM (Human Capital Management), CPM (Corporate Performance Management) or ERP (Enterprise Resources Management) expert solutions.With more than 35 years of experience in the IT industry in different multinational companies: Wolters Kluwer (from 2007 to 2024), in his last stage as Vice-President & General Manager of the CCH Tagetik business for the EMEA region, previously as Managing Director of Tax&Accounting, the Software business for Companies and Professional Firms in Spain and Brazil. Prior to Wolters Kluwer, he worked in consulting at Accenture (1989 to 2006) and at Deutsche Bank Iberia (2000-2001). Pep has led the transformation of the Software business at Wolters Kluwer, positioning the company in the technology ecosystem in Spain, as well as in Brazil and Europe. During this period he has led the acquisition and successfully integrated in Spain 12 companies in the industry, as well as the development of a solid ecosystem of Partners. As an advisor / consultant, he has developed his activity since 2023 in collaboration with GIC - Grau Innovation Consulting, for several companies and startups such as Valerdat, Addalia, Unique or Claranet. Pep is a member of the Protagonistas.org platform and author of the book “No me Líes” (2020, Editions Seurat), a popular work on humanistic and meaningful leadership.He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Barcelona (1991) and completed the Executive Development Program (PDD) at IESE Business School (2005). He also completed the program for directors offered jointly by IESE, AED and KPMG, as well as a program in innovation and management delivered by LTC Consulting in partnership with Harvard Business School (2024).

Francisco is a Senior Advisor in the Healthcare sector, with 38 years of professional experience across national and multinational companies in the hospital, retail, OTC, and parapharmacy segments. He has held senior positions including Marketing Director, Business Development Director, and General Manager. He is also a professor and trainer at various business schools. As Business Development Director, he closed numerous licensing, co-marketing, distribution, and M&A agreements across Europe, the US, Canada, Korea, and Israel. During his last 17 years as General Manager for Iberia at the listed pharmaceutical company Faes Farma, he played a key role in the negotiation, execution, and integration of several M&A transactions across different healthcare subsectors. He served as Board Member and Vice President of FarmaIndustria and ANEFP, as FarmaIndustria's representative to the CEOE, and as a member of the Basque Board of Science, Technology and Innovation. He is the founding President of the Spanish Business Development Professionals Association (PLGS) and was a Steering Committee member of the European association IPLS during his presidency. Francisco holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Complutense University of Madrid (1983). He also completed management training at UCLA School of Business (1988) and École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (1990), a Master in Commercial and Marketing Management from IE (1991), a PDD from IESE (1995), and a Board of Directors Program at ESADE/PwC (2025).

Stanislava Jonasson, was the Office Manager at EUROHOLD between 2007 and 2019. She is currently undertaking the role of Administration Manager at ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE. Her previous experience has involved working in administrative positions, interpreting and translating for the Courts, lawyers and employment agencies in Newcastle (England), as well as a language teacher. She has a bachelor’s degree in Portuguese Language and Culture from the Kliment Ohridski University in Sofia. She has obtained her  Masters Degree in Marketing Management from  ESERP Business School. She speaks fluent Spanish, English, French, Portuguese and Bulgarian (her native language). She has a good knowledge in Russian and Catalan.

Martí joined EUROHOLD in 2019 as an M&A analyst and currently continues this role at ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE. He has previously worked within the Strategic Consultancy sector for Grant Thornton and KPMG, executing efficiency and cost improvement projects as well as leading projects related to the asset management of large corporations. Martí has participated in numerous transactions in the following sectors: TMT (IoT, Smart Cities, Smart Mobility), pharma, industrial as well as other sectors in which ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE has a presence. Martí has a Degree in Business Administration and Management from the UIC (Barcelona). He speaks English, Spanish and Catalan.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Pompeu Fabra University, Barcelona and the Universidad del Pacífico, Peru. Bruno previously worked in the Private Banking Sector and in Strategic Consulting, participating in several projects within the consumer and industrial sector. He speaks perfect Spanish, Catalan, English and French. He joined ANQUOR CORPORATE FINANCE in 2020 as an M&A Intern Analyst.

Malena Marcen holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Zaragoza and Hanken School of Economics in Hensinki. She also has a Master in Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity. Melna has experience as a Treasury Analyst managing the entities of a multinational company in France and BENELUX, and is currently a specialist in Corporate and Syndicated Finance transactions. She is a Senior Consultant in the Anquor team. Malena speaks Spanish, English and French fluently, as well as Catalan.

Kirill es licenciado en Economía y Relaciones Internacionales por ESADE Business & Law School (Barcelona) y está cursando un Máster en Finanzas, especializado en Finanzas Corporativas, Inversión Inmobiliaria y Valoraciones. Ha trabajado en finanzas corporativas en Werfen y, antes de eso, como consultor de estrategia en Dawn Advisory. En enero de 2025, Kirill se unió a Anquor Corporate Finance como Analista de M&A, apoyando mandatos activos, realizando valoraciones y llevando a cabo análisis de mercado. Es fluido en inglés, español y ruso.

Gatien is a Master's student at emlyon business school, after earning a Bachelor's degree in Management from TBS Education, which included an exchange at San Jose State University (California). He has passed the CFA Level 1 exam. Before joining Anquor Corporate Finance in 2025 as an M&A Analyst, he worked at CACEIS on portfolio valuation and at ACFI Associés on working capital financing for SMEs. He is fluent in French and English, and uses Spanish in a professional context.

Currently enrolled in the Grande École Program at EDHEC Business School, majoring in Finance, Nathan has completed a first internship in the Accounting Department at KPMG, followed by an experience in their Transaction Services team. In 2025, he joined Anquor Corporate Finance as an M&A analyst. Trilingual in French, English, and Spanish.

Benoît holds a Master in Management from emlyon business school, with a specialization in Corporate Finance. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. His academic journey includes international exchanges at the University of Bologna in Italy and MDI Gurgaon in India. His professional experience includes financial control at Bolloré Logistics and M&A at TwinL in Paris. In 2025, he joined Anquor Corporate Finance as an M&A analyst. He is fluent in French, English, and Spanish.

Charles is currently pursuing a Master in Management at emlyon business school, with a specialization in finance. Before joining Anquor Corporate Finance in July 2025 as an M&A Analyst, he gained experience in corporate finance at Mantu’s holding company, Aonia Ventures, and Afakto. Charles speaks French, English, and Spanish.
