The company ADG Turismo has acquired the entire tourist establishment Cosmo Apartments Castelldefels (Barcelona) from the company Apartaments Cosmopolita. Anquor Corporate Finance has acted as advisor to the buyer.

ADG Turismo is a recently created company with a vocation for growth in the coming years. ADG is part of a French investment group dedicated to various business activities, including the operation of hotels and tourist apartments.

Apartaments Cosmopolita is a company dedicated to the exploitation of tourist apartments and hotels, with five establishments in the city of Barcelona, a hotel and an apartment building in Platja d’Aro (Costa Brava) and as many other establishments in Sitges.

With this acquisition, of the now called Aparthotel Las Palmeras Castelldefels, ADG Turismo begins its tourist business activity on the Barcelona coast.
